Grand Rapids, a city that boasts more LEED-certified buildings per capita than any other community in the nation and that is currently experiencing a state of redevelopment, has been selected as the site of the 22nd Annual University of Michigan / Urban Land Institute Real Estate Forum. This year’s Forum will take place in on Wednesday, Oct. 15, and Thursday, Oct. 16, at the Amway Grand Hotel. WEST SIDE STORY: Grand Rapids, Grand Vision, Grand Region is the theme of the 2008 Forum which will showcase development in the city of Grand Rapids and the region.

The Forum will offer keynote presentations from both local and national speakers from the commercial real estate industry as well as a wide variety of interesting, interactive roundtable discussion groups led by real estate industry leaders, a narrated bus tour of Grand Rapids-area development and opportunities, a presentation of emerging industry trends by the Urban Land Institute and much more.
